Launch Currency Converter

Once installed, it is very easy and convenient to launch the Currency Converter add-on.

To Launch in Gmail, Docs, Slides, Calendar​

  1. Open Docs, Slides, Calendar, or Gmail
  2. Click the Currency Converter ($) icon in the right-hand sidebar
  3. Approve the requested permissions

To Launch in Google Sheets​

  1. Open a Sheet (or go to sheets.new to create one)
  2. Go to Extensions > Currency Converter by 8apps > Open App

You're now ready to convert currencies, without switching tabs or leaving your document.

Make sure you're using the same Google account you installed the add-on with. Avoid being logged into multiple accounts in the same browser to prevent access issues.

Currency Converter runs entirely within your Google Workspace, with no external access.
