Manage Tasks

As your requirements change, you can update tasks to ensure Drive Guard works as per your requirements.

  • When you open the app, it shows you all the tasks you have.
  • The Task Name helps you easily identify your scan.

Report by User

Edit Task​

  • Click on the Edit option if you want to edit any task
  • The details in the Edit Task are identical to those in your Create New Task.
  • Proceed to modify and save the details.

Run Task​

  • There is an option to run the task directly.
  • Based on the defined rules, it will scan your Google Drive or Shared Drive.

Delete Task​

  • If you no longer need a task, you may delete the task.
  • Click on the delete icon next to the task, and delete it.

Once you delete a task, you cannot retrieve it.
